    For Loan Officers

Build More Than Your Next Commission.

A different way to think about your mortgage career, your income, and what you're building for the future.

You already know how to originate loans. The real question is whether the company you're doing it with is helping you build the career and opportunity you actually want. I joined NEXA because I wanted more than a place to hang my license — competitive lending options, real support, and the freedom to build something bigger than my own production. If you've ever wondered whether there's a better way to do this business, let's compare notes.

    Let's Talk About NEXA

No recruiting pitch. No pressure. Just an honest conversation between loan officers.

    The Honest Question

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

    01

You're producing, but giving away too much of every deal.

    02

Your pricing makes it harder than it should be to compete.

    03

You lose loans because you don't have the right product.

    04

You're technically "independent," but still can't build the way you want.

    05

You're tired of figuring everything out by yourself.

    06

You want your work to add up to something, not just reset every month.

If none of these apply, you may already be exactly where you belong. But if a couple hit home, it's probably worth a conversation.

    In My Own Words

    Why I'm Having These Conversations.

I'm an investor first. I'm also a 20-year Army veteran, a retired First Sergeant, a former real estate appraiser, and a licensed real estate professional. I've spent most of my adult life thinking about how money, real estate, and ownership fit together.

When I found NEXA, what got my attention wasn't just "can I make more on a loan?" It was a bigger question: can I use the mortgage business I'm already building to create something with real staying power?

That's what I'm working on now — and I'm looking for good loan officers who want to build alongside me. I spent 20 years leading and developing people. That's not something I turned off when I left the Army.

    What You Get

What I'm Building for the Loan Officers Who Join Me.

This isn't just access to NEXA. It's an organization, a playbook, and a partner — built for loan officers who want more than a place to hang a license.

    A place to get answers.

You're not dropped into a giant org and told to figure it out.

    Help with the lender landscape.

What's working, who's competitive, where different scenarios fit.

    Real deal collaboration.

Especially VA, DSCR, non-QM, and investor scenarios.

    Systems and technology.

The CRM, AI, and automation systems I'm building, shared with you.

    Business-building conversations.

Not just this month's loans — referral partners, investing, and the long game.

    A growing organization.

Get in while we're building it, not after.

    The Platform

    So… What Is NEXA?

NEXA is a mortgage brokerage platform built around independent loan originators. What interested me was the combination of lender access, compensation opportunity, technology, support, and the ability to build beyond individual production.

There's a lot more to the model — and whether any of it matters depends on how you're doing business today. That's why I'd rather have a conversation than dump a comp chart on you.

    No Pressure

You Don't Have to Be Ready to Leave.
You Just Have to Be Curious Enough to Compare.

If you're happy where you are, I'll tell you that. If I think NEXA could materially improve your business, I'll show you why. Either way, you'll leave the conversation knowing more than you did before.
